Directions for submissions
Lyricists: If you write lyrics or song poems, but no melody, you can send up to 3 lyrics for evaluation by using the form to the right. Please send one at a time, and include all of your contact info on each lyric. If sending by postal mail, please submit each song on it's own page and include all of your contact info on each sheet.
Songwriters: If you write lyrics and melodies, send a cassette or CD with up to 3 songs via postal mail. Do not send the songs via email, for they take too long to download. Your recording doesn't have to be of great quality. A boom box recording will do. If we like it, we can talk about getting a professional recording done.
Singers: Send a tape or CD along with a picture and short bio via postal mail or submit a URL for a website via the form to the right. Please include all contact info on all submissions. You do not have to send professional recordings or photos. Make sure that we can here your voice clearly and your pictures include at least one close up.
If submitting material via postal mail please send to: Nashville Song Service Attn: Submissions Dept.
